Epicure is a subsidiary of JIA Holdings which also owns and manages the award-winning JIA Hong Kong and JIA Shanghai boutique hotels, both which, in a record time since opening, have achieved worldwide acclaim. Epicure was established in April 2008 to operate the Singapore F&B outlets of the group - currently consisting of the award-winning Graze Restaurant at Rochester Park and more recently Kha at HortPark.
Heading Epicure is young Singaporean entrepreneur Yenn Wong who has become renowned for creating unique restaurants and hotel properties with a pulse.
