Kha’s brigade of Thai national chefs brings delicious and sophisticated Thai creations to the tables at Kha. They include three highly experienced and regionally diverse Thai chefs, two who honed their skills at the renowned Dream Hotel restaurant in Bangkok. Together they discuss the foods of their childhood, the role food plays within their families and regional techniques, and from that they create the signature dishes of Kha - modern Thai interpretations that are respectful of the cuisine’s history and authentic cultural nuances.

Uraiwan Kontrong

Born in Uttaradit near Chiang Mai, Moo has 9 years’ experience including two at the Dream Hotel in Bangkok. Using family traditions and techniques, she re-interprets authentic Thai dishes into a signature Kha style

Adun Khampok

‘Papa’ Adun has 14 years’ experience, mostly in popular local restaurants in Bangkok and his hometown Chiang Mai and brings authentic regional flavours to Kha’s modern cuisine.. He loves wok cooking and makes weekly trips to the famed Golden Mile market for the freshest produce and best imported Thai ingredients.
